The charge of the Organizational Development Task Force is to set the vision for Hartnell鈥檚 One College model, ensuring consideration and intentional inclusion of all educational centers.
This includes the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures spanning the entire college that impacts Hartnell鈥檚 enrollment funnel, which will be ultimately reviewed and approved by HCC. This group serves as the institutional authority for determining college-wide procedures to ensure consistent student, faculty, and staff experiences regardless of location.
Further, this Task Force oversees the reorganization of the Student Affairs division to support an effective and efficient student experience, appropriate process and function distribution, and create efficiencies across 小优短视频. This will include position descriptions, reporting structures, and functional alignment.
