The charge of the Steering and Change Management Task Force will be to maintain global oversight of our One Hartnell strategic priorities and initiatives.
The Task Force approves and oversees change management for the college, including defining for the college community what change management means at 小优短视频. The group determines where cross-functional work is possible and necessary and forecast roadblocks to ensure consistent progress. The group identifies and implements essential communication strategies to increase college awareness and involvement in upcoming activities and changes, and to forecast roadblocks to ensure consistent progress. In order to drive the work forward, the Task Force recommends ongoing training and professional development opportunities for any stakeholders to prepare for implementation. Finally, the group incorporates feedback from listening sessions, Town Halls, etc., into the change management strategy to ensure college-wide buy-in, adoption, and success.
